Description of the Role

Оur team of dedicated professionals provides both Customer and Technical Support for home or home office users via phone, email and chat. Remote sessions are also used. 

Responsibilities:

- Resolve the customer's issues with regards to Customer Service or Technical support
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Project a professional company image through phone, chat and email interaction
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Prioritize tasks and to involve other teams when needed by following the escalation procedures
 
Requirements:

- Very good level of Turkish and good level of English
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Strong listening/comprehension skills and good follow up skills
- Ability to multi task and to make quick decisions
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.

Our client an international Logistics company part of a leading French Group is looking up for a new member of the its Turkish Freight Forwarding team.

The employee is accountable for  the daily forwarding operations.
The responsible will process, observe and process customer orders, will coordinate transportation with suppliers and will control the related documentation


You will be :

       • Calculating the cost of transport activities, transit times, loading factors and parameters, which can influence transport costs.

  • Choose transport suppliers according to the defined set of parameters (price, quality, feasibility and deadlines).
  • Manage consecutive transport activities, ensuring an optimized cost, reducing empty trips, optimizing document collection and claim processing.
  • Supervise the transportation process and keeping posted the involved parties.
Establish and overview the payment terms of customers’ & suppliers’ invoices according to contract terms

Key Abilities/Skills :
 
  • Ability to work in an organized manner with a focus on details.
  • Experience in transport operations (service providers, clients and competitors knowledge) is strongly recommended
  • Turkish language (B2H-C1) (spoken and written)

Sarten is a leading manufacturer of packaging materials for the food industry and chemicals industry. The company operates 13 production sites in Turkey and two overseas facilities, one in Bulgaria and one in Russia. The product portfolio of Sarten features metal containers, twist caps, and plastic accessories. Following an internal reorganization the company is now looking to employ for our regional office in Sofia a reliable, competent and result-oriented person for the position of 
Accountant
The Role:
As an Accountant, you will be involved in all accounting, tax compliance and related matters of Sarten Bulgaria. You will be supporting and reporting to the Chief Accountant of the Company. 
Responsibilities: 
• Accounting and tax compliance of Sarten Bulgaria 
• Organize and maintain accounting records in accordance with company accounting policies and applicable laws and regulations 
• Ensure proper tax compliance 
• Support the Chief accountant of the company. 
Requirements:
• University degree, preferably Accounting / Control from a reputable university 
• Experience in general company accounting, preparation of annual reports, tax compliance – minimum 2 years
• Analytical skills 
• Teamwork
• Excellent knowledge of relevant accounting and tax legislation, including VAT, company and personal taxation, social security system
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Experience with ERP software (particularly Microsoft Dynamics Ax) will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of English – written and spoken
• Turkish language will be an advantage but not required
